Our Criteria

Successful applicants for the NBA All-Star 2022 Supplier Diversity Program must, at a minimum, be able to meet the following criteria:

• Minority business enterprises (MBEs), women business enterprises (WBEs), or lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgendered (LGBT), veteran-owned business enterprises
• Able to legally and effectively deliver goods and services in the designated city hosting All-Star
• Regularly provide goods and services that match our targeted list of commodities
• Maintain our minimum level of required liability insurance based on the commodity area

Meeting these minimum requirements does not guarantee program admission. Program admission does not guarantee a contracting opportunity.
